Terms of Service

By creating an account or using FormFlow AI in any way, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

FormFlow AI provides an AI-powered form management and integration platform that enables users to create, fill, manage, and connect forms to third-party services. The Service is offered through one-time Credit purchases. Credits are consumed when you use AI features and do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

You must register for an account to access most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@altech.hk if you suspect unauthorized use.

Credit Purchases. FormFlow AI offers credit packages and custom credit purchases. Package details, credit allocations, and pricing are described on our Pricing page.

Payment Processing. Payments are processed through direct Airwallex Payment Links. We do not store full payment-card details on our servers. By providing payment information, you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method.

Currency. Platform purchases are displayed in USD. For international customers, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees.

Price Changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. We will collect VAT or GST where required by law.

Credits are the unit of consumption for AI-powered features. Different features use Credits according to the AI compute required, and the applicable cost is shown before use where practical. Credits do not expire. If your Credit balance is insufficient, you may purchase additional Credits at the rates listed on the Pricing page.

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) collect or process sensitive personal data (e.g., health records, financial account numbers) without appropriate safeguards and consent; (c) send spam or unsolicited communications; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service; (e) use the Service to process payments or store cardholder data outside of the approved Airwallex Payment Link flow; (f) engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Service; or (g) resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

FormFlow AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data and content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and display that content solely to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google Sheets, Slack). Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FormFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FormFlow AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Hong Kong, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
